Where Do You Ship From?
We ship all of our products from the United States. We do this because our distribution center is located in Michigan. We are still able to ship internationally, so do not let that concern you. Our local postage center provides us with tracking information that we will pass on to you so you will know exactly when your package will arrive.
How Long Will My Package Take To Show Up?
Usually your package will be there within 4 business days. This includes a 24 hour processing time on your order. After processing, shipping takes 1-3 business days for most locations. Some International shipping may take longer. You can contact us with your address if you would like us to calculate an estimate for you.
What If I Need To Make A Correction To My Order?
If you need to make a change to your order, payment, shipping, or anything else, then please send us an E-mail immediately. If it is between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST you can call our support team directly. We will make the correct changes before shipping your order out. If your order has already shipped, we will do what we can to fix whatever error was made. If the change is for your shipping address, we recommend putting the correct address in the initial E-mail to avoid delays in shipping your product.
