There are a few things you should now to ensure that your order is corrected in a timely manner and your shipping is not delayed. Here are some important steps to follow:
For starters, send an email to our support team. Before you send your email, make sure it includes these important pieces.
For Adding and/or Removing Products
Your email should begin with your name and order number. We should be able to locate your order based on the order number, but to cross-reference and avoid mistakes we check the name as well. Next you should include what you would like removed from your order. Be sure to specify (cable color, connection type, etc). Then enter what you want added to your order. Be sure to specify (cable color, connection type, etc).
For Shipping Changes
Begin your email with your name and order number. We should be able to locate your order based on the order number, but to cross-reference and avoid mistakes we check the name as well. Next include the address you want the order shipped to. Please specify this as the updated/correct shipping address.
If for some reason you would like to cancel your order, please specify your name and order number in the email. You are also required to provide a reason as to why the order is being cancelled.
When Should I Send The Message
You should send your contact message as soon as you realize the mistake. This must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Even then, it is not guaranteed that we get the message before shipping your package. After 24 hours, we are unable to make any changes as your product will already be in the mail.
Once your message is received, we will do what we can to correct any mistakes. The information requested above is crucial to fixing errors, therefore providing it in the first email will speed up the process.
