Using Solar Charging
The built-in solar panel is designed to support extended use when traditional power sources aren’t readily available.
To start off strong, it’s recommended to fully charge the power bank using a wall charger before heading out. Once in use, placing the power bank in direct sunlight allows the solar panel to gradually add charge over time, helping maintain battery levels throughout the day.
The solar panel measures approximately 3 × 6 inches and performs best with strong, consistent sunlight. Actual charging results will vary depending on sun intensity, angle, temperature, and surrounding conditions.

Maximizing Charging Speed with the Right Cable
The power bank is engineered to deliver efficient, high-output power. In everyday use, charging speed is often influenced by the cable being used.
Power Delivery (PD) cables are designed to handle higher power levels more efficiently, allowing energy to reach your device with less loss and reduced heat. Using a quality PD cable can help ensure stable and consistent charging across a wide range of devices.
The ProSeries Max Fast Charging Cable is built to support high-output devices and modern charging standards.
Wireless Charging & Troubleshooting
Wireless charging provides a convenient, cable-free way to charge compatible devices. For best results, place the phone centered on the wireless charging surface and use a case with minimal thickness.
If charging does not begin right away, small adjustments to placement usually resolve the issue.
- Remove cases thicker than approximately 0.315 inches.
- Avoid metal plates, magnetic accessories, or cards near the charging surface.
- Restart the phone if needed and re-center it on the charging area.
A flashing red indicator may appear if metal interference is detected. Removing accessories and repositioning the device typically resolves this.
