KEUTEK Insurance Claim

If your KEUTEK order was damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you may file an insurance claim. Shipping Protection covers eligible transit-related issues and allows us to resolve the issue through replacement. In limited cases where replacement is not feasible, store credit may be issued at KEUTEK’s discretion.

Effective December 28, 2025, Shipping Protection is a non-refundable service and applies only to issues that occur during transit. The protection fee is not refunded if no claim is filed or if the order is delivered successfully.

Submit Your Insurance Claim

To submit a claim, please provide your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. If available, include photos of the package, product, or shipping label to help us review your claim more efficiently.

Our Customer Care team reviews all claims within 2–3 business days and will contact you by email with the next steps.
