Traveling? Don't Forget To Pack These Essentials

It's that time of year! Families and friends travel all over the world in this upcoming holiday season. The reasons for travelling may be different, but everyone needs to bring some essential items with them as they go. Many people insist on packing lots of clothes, others focus on their gadgets, and still others focus on just getting there safely. Here are a few different items you should make sure to remember for your upcoming trip this fall.

• Phone Charger

Ahh the all-important phone charger. There are so many people out there that would remember to bring their phone charger before they remembered to pack their toothbrush, and if you had a KEUTEK charger, you might too. These magnetic chargers are amazing, and if you have one already in your phone, you already have won half the battle. Grab the charging cable, and you are all set! They offer plugs for every type of phone charger, and since they are magnetic, you can use one cord for any of the adapters for your different types of phones! Make sure your cord is in your carry on or personal bag, so you can grab a quick charge when you need it.

• Headphones

There are tons of options for headphones on the market. You can go with the over-the-ear types that are great for noise cancellation and drifting off into your own musical world. You can also use the airpod style headphones too. These are great because you don't have to worry about wires, and can just pop them in your ears and go. Headphones are essential for long trips. They allow you to enjoy your music or other entertainment while you fly or ride to your destination. These are a must-have if you are travelling alone especially.

• iPad or Kindle

Think of travelling as not only an opportunity to see loved ones, or experience different places, but also an opportunity to learn. During your trip to your destination, you likely will want something to do in order to pass the time. Most people opt for some sort of movie or video as they travel, which makes an iPad or Kindle ideal. They also work fantastically for books!

Digital books are some of the best ways to learn anything new, as you can fit massive amounts of information on your reading device. Since you have time on the plane or in the car, why not learn something new? You can research your destination, learn about different cultures, even do your own personal research during your down time. These devices are capable of so much, and if you don't have WiFi, be sure to download what you want to read of view onto your iPad before you leave. Take advantage of your opportunities to grow.

• Personal Care Equipment

This one is a no-brainer. Everyone should remember to bring their personal hygiene stuff like toothbrushes, combs and razors. Since many of the razors today have the ability to be charged with a simple USB port, your KEUTEK charger works for these too! One major brand that has razors using USB ports, is Philips Norelco. Many electric toothbrushes are moving away from the traditional round charging port to USB as well. Don't forget the toothpaste! • Clothing

If you are travelling far enough from home or staying multiple days, you definitely need to pack clothes. A good rule of thumb is to pack a casual outfit per day for up to 4 days. You also need to bring one dressy outfit, and a jacket or sweater for weather. If you plan on visiting an area that gets a lot of rain, make sure you pack accordingly for that as well. Don't forget your undergarments! All too often, people get to the third or fourth day of their trip and run out of socks or underwear. If there is no washing available, you may be out of luck for a while on your trip without them. Always check the weather beforehand and prepare for that. Don't forget your favorite accessories that you want to wear! This could include glasses, watches, earrings, or other items you love.
